Born from an inspiration to blend two styles seemingly with nothing in common but which actually balance and complement each other. This insight led us to blend one of our imperial sweet coffee stouts with barrels from our 4-year-old iga Lavinia. The beer has a deep black color, the nose expresses coffee notes of sweet candied and dried fruits, wood and aromas brought by aging with a slight hint of brett. On the palate it is full quite sweet in the mouth, the notes of fruit and brett return readily diluted by the taste of coffee in the finish.
