Winter double malt beer, flavored with gingerbread bakery “Il Magnifico” and needles of spruce (picea abiens). Discretely bitter with English and American hops, interesting notes of candied fruit and pepper in the final, while the fir needles give a balsamic note and citrus. White foam, full body, medium carbonation.
Perfect to accompany very seasoned or spicy cheese, main dishes like venison or desserts as fruit cakes, pies, traditional sweets and gingerbread.
